Tried to return it at the Richmond store but was told the clock cannot be returned even if it is defective. Really bad experience and the clock wasn’t cheap as well

My favourite wall clock of all time.MarkI have a PUGG wall clock I've used for years and I really love it. It's dead-accurate and is super quiet (can't hear it at all).
I have one in my living room and just bought this one for my office/lab to keep accurate time without having to look at a computer or phone to tell the time.
The face is clear, legible, and easy to read at every minute mark on the clock face. The chrome bezel looks really nice and gives it a very clean and sanitized look and appearance like a stainless steel watch.
