Still plastic!ManahilThese plates are cheap, cute, and perfectly sized for kids. We used them for a little while before we realized that unfortunately, their plastic taste leeches into the food. So we tried using them just for cold foods, but even the taste of fruit is altered, so we had to stop using them altogether. Same with the bowls and cups. Now we occasionally bust them out for crackers and the like, but not good for soft food.3
Kiddo is happyAndreOur nephew loves these plates. He finds it so much easier to carry his own plate to the table, especially with our pup following him everywhere.
When he's eating off the plate, he's happy. He's even happy when he accidentally drops the plate, that the plate doesn't break.
