See through canvas with poor constructionMelissaI’m a big IKEA fan but am disappointed with the quality of this item. The image is lovely, but the canvas is see through. You can see the brown wood holding it together at the back through the image. I cut out the cardboard and slid it through the back to try to mitigate this, now I can see the card board on the corners only so it’s less dramatic. It’s not perfect and the wood its built with doesn’t sit flush with the picture so it doesn’t sit flat on the wall. I had to Jerry rig that too. If IKEA wasnt so far, I’d return.
Not recommended TrishaLooks like a beautiful painting until you go to hang it and notice two pieces of wood (part of frame) seen right through the canvas. The canvas is not thick enough.
