Where can I use an IKEA Family reward?
You can use IKEA Family rewards online, in the IKEA app, in IKEA stores, or when contacting us. Where you can use your reward depends on the type of reward you have received.
Product rewards
You can use product rewards:
- Online at IKEA.ca
- In the IKEA app
- In IKEA stores
- When placing an order by phone or live chat
When using a product reward in an IKEA store, it can only be used for self-service articles or in-store orders.
Service rewards
You can use service rewards:
- Online at IKEA.ca
- In the IKEA app
- In IKEA stores
- When purchasing eligible services by phone
Your reward voucher will show which services are included.
Food rewards
You can use food rewards at:
- IKEA Swedish Restaurants
- IKEA Swedish Delis
