Where can I use a reward from IKEA Family?
You can use a reward online, in the stores or when contacting us.
Product rewards can be used online, in the IKEA App, in stores or when contacting us via phone or live chat. If used in store, the reward can only be used either in self-service articles or in store orders.
Service rewards can be used online, in the IKEA App, in the stores and phone purchases for the services that are mentioned in the voucher.
Food rewards can be used in our Swedish Restaurants and Swedish Deli.
