How do I use a reward from IKEA Family online?

To use your reward you need to be logged in with your IKEA Family account before placing your purchase.

Make sure you have logged into your IKEA Family account and have chosen the products.

If you are shopping online:

In the checkout enter your unique reward code under the 'Discount applied' field (you can find this code on the rewards section by clicking on 'choose reward'). Alternatively, you can select the reward from the available rewards above the total order value.

If you are shopping in the IKEA APP:

In the checkout and enter your unique reward code under the “Have a discount code?” field - You can find this code in the rewards section by clicking on "Choose reward".

If you are using a product reward, the discount will automatically be applied to the order (once the minimum purchase amount has been reached). And if you are using a delivery reward, the discount will appear once the delivery method is selected.

You can only use one reward per transaction. Rewards can also be used along with other IKEA product promotions.

Please be advised that once a reward has been used, it cannot be returned. As per our Terms of Use:

"Points earned on the purchase of items which are subsequently returned will be deducted from your points balance, based on the value of any returned item(s). If the deduction results in a negative points balance, IKEA will not make any claim against you for the deficit. Points are non-refundable and non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for money or used as partial payment for the purchase of products or services unless such purchase is a claimed reward."
