Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Your invoice is attached to your order confirmation email and can also be found in your purchase history on IKEA.com, if you are an IKEA Family member or IKEA Business Network customer.
Once you have placed an online order, keep an eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email, which will have your invoice attached. If you did not receive it, but were logged into your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network account during the purchase, you can log into your account and view your past purchases. This also applies to any store purchases where your account was registered.
If you still are not able to find your invoice, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
