How can I verify if my item is in stock?

We do our best to ensure that products are available for our customers. Stock information is a time-sensitive matter and stock levels at IKEA change rapidly given the high volume of customers that visit our stores.

The fastest and most efficient way for customers to verify the availability of the item they are looking for is to check on that product’s store page as close to the time of their visit as possible to avoid disappointment. Stock quantities on the website are updated every 30 seconds.

If a product is not available, we now offer the option to receive a back-in stock notification via email. Please click the out of stock messages store location to be notified once the article is back in stock. Simply enter your email address and we will advise you if the product is back in stock during the next 45 days at your selected IKEA store (keep in mind that this does not reserve the item for you, and other customers may also have signed up for this notification).

If the product is not available within this period, you will receive a notification to sign up again. Please note that by calling our customer service team, the response will reflect the same information you see via our website.
