I would like to add or remove products from my online order, how can I proceed?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once paid, but here are some other options:
We know plans can change, but once an order is placed it travels quickly through our systems. Here are some options if you've changed your mind:
- Proceed with the order and then return unwanted items later, either in store or by scheduling a pick-up (pick-up fees may apply)
- Cancel the entire order in your IKEA Family account and start a brand new one
