What happens to my IKEA Family reward if my order is cancelled?
Your reward may become available again, be regenerated within a few minutes or the next day.
If cancelled before payment or the same day after payment:
- The reward is automatically regenerated
- A new code appears in your Loyalty Hub within minutes
- It keeps its original expiry date
If you change your mind (return, exchange, self-service option):
- The reward is recreated almost instantly
- It’s sent to your Loyalty Hub and also by email the next day
- Expiry date remains unchanged
- We keep track of the exact amount you paid
