What happens to my IKEA Family reward if my order is cancelled?

Your reward may become available again, be regenerated within a few minutes or the next day.

If cancelled before payment or the same day after payment:

  • The reward is automatically regenerated
  • A new code appears in your Loyalty Hub within minutes
  • It keeps its original expiry date

If you change your mind (return, exchange, self-service option):

  • The reward is recreated almost instantly
  • It’s sent to your Loyalty Hub and also by email the next day
  • Expiry date remains unchanged
  • We keep track of the exact amount you paid
