How do I use an IKEA Family reward online?
Log in to your IKEA Family account, select your reward, and enter the 16-digit code during checkout — on the site or in the app.
Before placing your order:
- Make sure you’re logged into your IKEA Family account
- Add your items to your cart
- Choose rewards
On the website:
- At checkout, enter your 16-digit reward code in the “Apply discount code” field
- Or simply select the reward shown above your order total
In the IKEA app:
- Go to the online checkout
- Enter your reward code under “Apply discount code”
- For product rewards, the discount applies automatically (once the minimum spend is reached)
- For delivery rewards, the discount appears once a delivery method is chosen
Reminder: You can only use one reward per transaction.
But good news — you can combine it with IKEA product offers!
