How do I use an IKEA Family reward in-store?

Show or scan the QR code or give your 16-digit reward code at checkout or to a co-worker to apply the reward.

At the checkout:

  1. Log in to your IKEA Family account
  2. Bring your items to the checkout
  3. Scan your reward’s QR code, the discount will be applied automatically

If you're placing an order with a co-worker:

  • Share your 16-digit reward code
  • You’ll find it in your profile under “Rewards”
  • The co-worker will apply it before completing the payment
You can use different rewards. For example, you can combine a reward for delivery with a reward for items.
