What happens if I return a product I bought with an IKEA Family reward?
If you return an item bought with a reward, you lose the reward and points are adjusted within 48 hours, based on the amount you actually paid.
Let’s break it down:
- You used a reward en the product price was reduced
- You earned points on the amount you paid
When you return the item:
- You get back the amount you paid
- The earned points are deducted
- The used reward code is void and cannot be reused
Used rewards won’t be reactivated after a return.
