What can I do if parts are missing from my product?
If you have received a product or package with missing parts, you can either order the parts online, pick up the missing part(s) at an IKEA store, or arrange a delivery via IKEA Customer Service depending on the part you are missing.
- Check all boxes first. Some products are spread over several boxes. Before taking any action, open all boxes bought in stores or delivered, as the missing part may be there.
- Identify the part in the product assembly guidet (available on IKEA.be in Product > Product Details > Assembly & Documents > Assembly Instructions.)
- Check if the missing part has a 6 or 8 digit code. Please note: some small parts (screws, fittings, etc.) have a code, others do not.
- If the part has a 6 or 8 digit code: Order online via our Online form. And if you made your purchase with your IKEA Family account, Log in, view your purchases and order a small spare part by clicking on the products purchased. Delivery is free, the delivery time is maximum 14 working days and the part is sent directly to your home. If you need the part faster, visit us at your local customer service department. nearest IKEA store. A selection of small spare parts is available right away.
- If the part does not have a code : Contact our customer service team by calling +32 2 719 19 19 or visit an IKEA Customer Service store with your receipt or order form. A staff member will help you identify the missing part and arrange for your part to be delivered or if it is available for in-store pickup.

If something is missing after delivery or pick up from IKEA Click & Collect or a pick-up point, make sure to first check if your order has been split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item might still be on its way. If you find that items are still missing from your order, please contact IKEA Customer Service either online or in-store.
