What is the return policy for products purchased in the IKEA Second Life Space?
Products you purchase in the IKEA Second Life Space can be returned in accordance with the IKEA 365-day return policy.
Products purchased in the IKEA Second Life Space can be returned within 365 days. Products with additional, incomplete or altered damage are excluded from the IKEA return policy.
The refund is not made to the original payment method: you will always receive an IKEA voucher for the amount paid.
You can return your product to the IKEA store of your choice.
