Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pick up, it can be collected from our Click and collect Collection point located on carpark level P1 (not in store).

Enter the carpark via Westall Rd (not Princes Highway) and remain on the same carpark level (P1) follow signage for IKEA Click and collect. This will direct you towards our collection point located near pillar B.

From here, park your car in the Click and collect parking area (if spaces are available), go to the Click and collect collection point door and provide a co-worker with your order number.

Please note the store opens at 10am, you are welcome to return or exchange products from this time.

Public Transport

Bus routes 631 & 800 take you to Springvale Homemaker Centre. The centre is a 20-minute walk from Westall Station (on the Cranbourne and Pakenham line). From Clayton Station, you can catch bus route 631 to Springvale Homemaker Centre. There is a taxi pick-up point located on your right as you exit the P1 carpark towards Westall Road.

Driving or cycling

The carpark can be accessed from Westall Road or Princess Highway. There is also pedestrian access from Princess Highway. Bicycle parking is available outside near the store entrance.

Free parking

Over 1500 free car parks are available including family-friendly (pram) parking and disability parking just outside the store entrance.

There are 4 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. For use please bring your own Type 2 cable to access the free charging.

As a destination for the whole family we have you covered with dedicated parking spaces, courtesy shopping strollers, parent's rooms, baby change rooms, kids’ menu options and free nappies for those little mistakes (see our people greeter). 

In-store assistance includes wheelchair access to all areas and loan wheelchairs. Assistance animals are always welcome.
