This price covers the delivery of your purchase to the Collection Point.

$100 flat fee for non-members

$50 fee for IKEA Family members with a spend over $500
Ensure you wear closed toe shoes when picking up your order as this is an active loading dock.

Before visiting your local Collection point, be sure to bring valid ID and your order confirmation email.

Once you arrive at the Collection point, announce you have arrived at the security gate and then present to the site office.

Animals or children under 16 are not permitted onsite. If you are picking up items with a child or animal, they must remain in the vehicle.
Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times are listed during online check-out.

Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
