Click and collect orders for IKEA Richmond can be collected in-store. To collect your order visit the Customer Service desk.

On some occasions, your order may be ready for collection at our external warehouse but we’ll let you know beforehand with a text message and the external warehouse address. 

Pick up times

• Order before 9 am and pick up after 12 pm
• Order before 12 pm and pick up after 3 pm
• Order before 3 pm and pick up after 6 pm

Some Click and collect orders might be assigned for collection from the External warehouse. You can check your collection location on the pick up confirmation. 

Free Parking

The best parking for IKEA is Level 2 (Yellow) & 3 (Blue/rooftop). For this carpark access, enter from Vickers Drive entrance to Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and head up the ramp on the left and follow signs to level 2.

We offer free car parking when you spend a minimum of $6.50 anywhere in our store, just use the barcode on your receipt at the payment station for the free parking to be applied.  We offer family-friendly (pram) parking and disability parking located close to the store entrance on all levels of the carpark.

Carpark max height is 2.1m. There is limited outdoor high vehicle parking at 2.3m when entering from the Victoria Street carpark entrance.  

Public Transport

Tram 109 from Box Hill to the city is located right outside Victoria Gardens. Taxi pick up is available on the lower ground (Green) level of the Victoria Gardens carpark.

As a destination for the whole family we have you covered; baby change rooms, nursing & feeding room and kids’ menu options in our restaurant. There are mini IKEA trolleys available for children on request from our Store greeter. We also have Smaland located in our store entrance, our unsupervised play area for families to relax and play together with dedicated pram parking and family rest areas.

Wheelchair trolleys 
Wheelchair trolleys are available at the store entrance. Please speak to a co-worker for assistance.

Assistance animals 
Assistance animals are welcome in IKEA stores. Please keep your support animal under control and clean up after them. Otherwise, you may be kindly asked to remove your animal from the store.

Disability parking
Family-friendly (pram) parking and disability parking is available near the store entrance.

Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers on our rooftop carpark. Please bring your own Type 2 cable. The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation. These chargers are visible on Plugshare.
