Ensure you have received an SMS or email advising your order is ready for pick up, please note the pick up location for your order. Please collect your items within 24 hours of receiving the message where possible.

For collection at the IKEA Adelaide store, park opposite the store exit in the pick-up zone and follow the instructions on the signpost. Please have your 9-digit order number ready. Contactless service is available and you will be provided this option at the pickup location.

• Order before 9 am and pick up after 12 pm
• Order before 12 pm and pick up after 3 pm
• Order before 3 pm and pick up after 6 pm

Catching a bus
Stops 10A north and 10A south on Sir Donald Bradman Drive and bus stop 9B James Schofield Drive are within 4 minutes’ walk to the IKEA Adelaide store.  For times and help catching a bus to IKEA click here.

Cycling & walking 
The carpark can be accessed from Sir Donald Bradman Drive, James Schofield Drive and Sir Richard William Avenue.  Undercover bicycle parking is available outside near the store exit.  For times and help cycling & walking to IKEA click here. 

A self‑service mobile bike repair station is available, with an air pump and basic tools for on‑the‑spot adjustments and to inflate low‑pressure tyres. 

Free parking
Over 900 free car parks are available including family (pram) parking, disability parking and senior parking just outside the store entrance.

As a destination for the whole family we have you covered; baby change rooms, kids’ menu options and free nappies for those little mistakes (see our people greeter).

Wheelchair trolleys 
Wheelchair trolleys are available at the store entrance. Please speak to a co-worker for assistance.

Assistance animals 
Assistance animals are welcome in IKEA stores. Please keep your support animal under control and clean up after them. Otherwise, you may be kindly asked to remove your animal from the store.

Disability parking
Family-friendly (pram) parking and disability parking is available near the store entrance.

Assisted car loading
If you require assistance lifting heavy items into your vehicle, we are more than happy to help. Please select this service at the kiosk located at customer service, opposite the store exit.

Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers in the Western Carpark. Please bring your own Type 2 cable. The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation. These chargers are visible on Plugshare.
