Disappointed KarinaDisappointing considering I’ve brought room darkening curtains from ikea previously and they definitely darkened the room. These fall short of their title. They do stop some light from getting through but the room is nowhere near as dark as the curtains ikea previously sold and advertised as room darkening. These curtains are lighter and not as thick which is part of the issue. They’re the same price as the other one we brought a year or two ago go but don’t live up to the standard for the same price 1

Lovely addition to our bedroom - despite the colour changeNikolI was a little upset when I went to replace an existing Vilbord to find that the beige colour was discontinued, which meant buying an additional set for another window that I didn't need to replace so they would match - however this light grey is still lovely and gave our room a lift. Blockout propoerties are good enough for the price.3

Lovely Vilborg CurtainsSueLiving a 5 hour round trip to my nearest IKEA store, I initially was going to buy the Majgull curtains, due to online reviews and price. However when at the store, I found the Majgull quality was not what I was seeking. The Vilborg are far superior in quality, feel and look, hence the price. These are good quality for the price and hang nicely on the IKEA black rods (I used the rod pocket) and have teamed with both the Silverlonn and Teresia sheers, and they look great.5
