Is there any customer service that can contact me?Anonymous reviewerThere are design problems. First, it's very difficult to screw in the screws, and I even broke a screwdriver. Also, after choosing this bed, it keeps collapsing, and the middle part of the bed frame suddenly broke.
Broke after a couple of monthsBriannaI went to get up and the slats collapsed, causing me to injure myself on the frame. The slats are not secured to the frame in any way and easily shift, causing them to slide off the rails. The thin aluminium poles across the centre of the bed are completely useless and bent completely under the weight of a single person sitting on the bed. They almost folded completely in on themselves. This meant the slats, which had come off the rails, were only being held up by the polyester cord stapled into the slats, which unsurprisingly snapped off and that is when the mattress collapsed into the hole in the centre of the bed. Have probably slept on this bed for a total of 2-3 weeks since I bought it a couple of months ago, and it is a daybed made for multiple people to sit on but broke under the weight of one person getting up. Don't buy it. I'm happy it wasn't a guest or a child sleeping on the bed that could have been injured worse.
