Definitely firmChrisIt's a lot firmer than I expected, and I had to swap my mattress topper for an old foam mattress to make the bed more comfortable. I would prefer a more plush version of the mattress, even if that only made it medium (ie not firm).

Incredibly comfortable mattress, amazing valuePeterTested this mattress out in store after reading a review in Choice. This replaces our 11 year old mattress that cost 4 times as much but is so much more comfortable. Got the firm one - honestly, its quite firm enough. Matches perfectly with the pad. Took several weeks to break in properly and now truly impressed.
Unrolling and expanding was very easy. Restores to shape far quicker than another mattress in a roll I had and no smell either. Has carry straps on the side too which some mattresses more than 4 times the price don't have. Highly recommended.
