I have assembled so many ikea items by now, however, this one is another struggle. The beam clips and the slots for them, not meant for each other, they are so tight that we broke the first one while applying force to insert the second one. We got two trolleys, and the same issue happend with both the trolleys. Feeling very disappointed.

Rollers on the bottom go sideways not forward/backward,WendyI found this very confusing. The rollers on the bottom ate 'fixed' and do not roll forward, but sideways? I don't find this is going to be helpful at all, as I wanted it to roll out of a space. It doesn't do what I need it to do at all. Disappointed.
Design downgraded to 2 wheelsMirabaiThe previous model had four castor wheels and was practical to use. The current redesign has only two wheels, which is less functional.
With only two wheels, the trolley must be fully lifted on one side to be moved. Because it is tall and narrow, lifting it significantly increases the risk of tipping compared to simply wheeling it, especially when loaded and top-heavy. This makes it awkward and unstable to handle.
In tight spaces, having to lift the entire unit just to pull it out defeats the purpose of a trolley. While it may be usable for extremely lightweight items, it is no longer fit for purpose for normal bathroom or laundry storage such as bottles.
If IKEA insists on this two-wheel design, they should at least sell the castor wheels separately.
Otherwise, the only way to get four wheels would be to buy two trolleys and discard one just for the extra wheels, which is unnecessary and environmentally wasteful.
