Compresses very quicklyAshleyWas very comfortable in the first few weeks, after a month it started to cause hip/back pain due to having sagged. Turned it, this time three weeks until the pain started. Returned it for something else. Because its 8cm thick it will create a significant dip in the midsection once it sags, unless you're very light I wouldn't go for it.2
