Disappointed, broke before I could put it together.FabianaThe ends of the bottom bar were brittle and broke when I tried to put this together. I am very upset as I did like the look of this in store. The closest store is over 2 hours away from me, so I am stuck with a broken product and $79 poorer. 😢

Okay But,ChrisThe bottom bracing bar cracked and split as putting the item together. Managed to fix, but for the price shouldn’t have happened. I purchased two of these and one went together fine the other had problems at both ends of the bracing bar. The finished around the effected area was poor, perhaps that should have alerted me to the issue before assembly.

Broke after pressure from above, needs to be strengthened to cope with a full load.ElizabethI loved this rack as soon as I saw it. But super disappointed when it broke at the Y join. This item needed to be weight tested with a full rack of clothes. Any pressure from above while fully loaded breaks it. I tripped and grabbed at it to steady myself. I tried to get a replacement part as only the top rail is broken, but could not. Sad to see it go, it will have new life in my mothers garden vegetable patch. Despite all this, I'm still buying another one.
Must have got a dud it’s awful VeronicaThis is the first ikea product I’ve been really disappointed in, it broke at the ‘y’ intersection first time I tried to move it with some clothes on it. Easy to put together, seems strong and durable, but plastic is very brittle and this join is where parts are the thinnest.
