Not happyKarenThe first bed I got was missing parts and had extra wrong parts. The parts that were missing were delivered and was missing all the screws. New second bed delivered and first one picked up. Second bed was put together by IKEA and was also missing parts. These parts then had to be picked up from the store, paid for again and then return to store for refund. A small refund was given but when the second bed was delivered I feel a full refund should have been given. Courier service for delivery on both occasions was atrocious.

Tonstad bedroom furniture set
We recently bought this and am amazed at the quality. It went together well. After reading the reviews we did upgrade the slats and can't believe how solid and comfortable this bed is. Would highly recommend.Sharon, United Kingdom
