The mirror is exactly as presented. Hard to fault that.HamishWith no assembly whatsoever, a functioning mirror in a frame is exactly what you'd expect. If you like enough to buy it, then you aren't going to disappointed in any way.
Is it splined or dovetail jointed... no, but you can't really expect that from Ikea or at this price point. It looks great, and works well as the bathroom mirror in a black marbled themed ensuite.
However, it's heavier than you might expect, so if you're using silicone to attach it to a tiled wall.. give it a few days, and a LOT more silicone than you'd normally expect. It took me three tries to ensure it didn't eventually slide down the wall.5
