Dishwasher safeMerrynThe major feature for this—over the other trays—is that it can be thrown in the dishwasher with everything else for a deep clean. It doesn't feel quite as rigid as some of the wooden trays, and I'd be wary of putting anything really hot on it, but still gets the job done.
