Head to heavyMatthewGooseneck arm is to loose and the head is to heavy when you put a smart bulb in it. The neck can’t support the weight and just flops down. I’ve had to curl the neck up so the head supports itself on the curled neck. Fix the arm and this would be perfect. I have 2 and haven’t experienced any problems with the clamp as others have mentioned

Reading lamp's form and function out of stepPeterFixture features a large scoop reflector head which is useless as it uses an internal reflective lightbulb which makes only a sharp beam of light forwards, which is not preferable for reading with.
The bulky reflector is thus redundant.
The product would be greatly improved with the addition of a diffusion glass across the reflector's mouth.

Clamp brokeJulieBought 2 of these as bedside lamps. Noticed after less than 6months that the clamp had a crack through it. Had a look at the other lamp (which was hardly touched) also had a crack through the clamp part.
Weak clamp - snapped on both lampsPatriciaI bought 2 of these to clip to either side of a queen bed. The clamp broke on one, so I ordered a replacement as I thought it was our fault. However, the clamp broke on the second lamp from the original purchase and nobody was even near it. This was within a few months of purchase. The clamp should be metal rather than plastic. We will replace with a light with a metal clamp instead.
