Easy assembly, looks great!RobynSo pleased with the Skruvby combination as a sideboard. Lots of storage space, quite solid, looks more expensive than it cost.
The assembly was quite easy once all of the fixings were sorted into groups. On the advice of another reviewer, I fitted the hinges to the cabinet and then fitted the doors to the hinges - that was much easier to do as I assembled the unit by myself.
So pleased with the finished product!
Not as image statesBrendanThe quality of the cabinet itself is good, however the product images are misleading.
The photos make it appear as though the sideboard is one continuous unit with a single full-length walnut top. In reality, it is supplied as two separate cabinet units that sit side by side, each with its own separate walnut top. This leaves a visible join through the middle rather than the seamless look shown in the advertising images.
If I’d known it was made up of two separate sections with two individual tops, I may have reconsidered my purchase. IKEA should make this much clearer in the product description and images so customers know exactly what they’re buying

Love this Black-Blue Skruvby Storage Combo! EwaWe finally set up our Coffee corner using this combination and chuck our daily use plates, bowls, cutleries and other pyrex food serving plates in the cabinet! It made our dining area clean as it has doors to hide the contents inside. I personally fell in love with the colour!
