TerribleMarkWhen this chopping board was bought it was lovely and smooth as you would expect but as soon as it gets wet all the fibres in the wood stand up and make the surface quite rough. They dont go back down when it dries. So now I'll have to sand it smooth again, possibly more than once. I dont know what wood this is made from but it would seem to be unsuitable for a chopping board. I've never had to do this for any board I've bought from somewhen else.

Not happyFarrahAt first glance you think this is a nice chopping board. However, after I unwrapped and washed it I noticed the surface was rough. I guess it needed more sanding for it to have a smooth surface. At the edge of it a part of the wood warped. The next day I returned it for a refund. Not really happy about it.
