You can easily adjust the height of the table between 75 and 125 cm by cranking the handle until you have the best position for standing or sitting.
Changing positions between sitting and standing helps you move your body so you both feel and work better.
The crank handle slides in under the table top when not in use for a clean, uncluttered look.
Comfortable for left- and right-handers, as the crank handle can be mounted on the left or right side.

Love the Segrare sit-stand deskDungIt's a good size for a home office desk. We love the hand crank to wind up and down for the desk height. It's a great dark colour too.
Takes a while, but worth itMegaThis looks a while to put together, and while the crank is loud, and the colour is bleh, it's such a nice table, so good for adjusting a little or a lot. Doesn't take up too much room. We put some wheels shelves under and it's perfect. I've bought a thing to hold the power board under to keep it clean. Love it

Desk top a reasonable size -- fits in the corner of my living room, enough space for my computer, etc. The pull out lever for changing the height is a bit wonky -- once I've pulled out the lever, I have to hold the skewer while winding so it doesn't fall out.

Fit for functionPeterI had a size-specific slot in my house - for displaying a dolls house that my granddaughter loves to play with - and after searching all of IKEA I found this. Took a trip to the warehouse, checked it out in the flesh and bought a copy. No problems assembling, it works beautifully and the rounded corners mean less chance of damage to the children. Thanks, IKEA!

Had <2 months and grey surface coming off RuthI've only owned this less than 2 months and use the desk to work from home 1-2 times per week max. The grey colouring of the desk is already coming off and looks a worn already where my arm rests to use my mouse. Really disappointing and not the quality of a $169 desk I expect. Wouldn't recommend and not happy. I've purchased much cheaper desks from ikea that lasted way longer.
