Used for scrubbing, protected against harsh chemicals, scalding water and multiple levels of grotteh including grease laden barbecue grills.
Easy to clean and dry after use, material showed no signs of deterioration BUT
... had to discard 1st pair after 3 months of near constant use ONLY because of fingernail punctures because the Medium size were a bit of a stretch for my longer fingers and a tad too tight to boot.
I would absolutely reinvest if these gloves came in Large.
