Coated staright over damaged chipboardScarletteAs shown in the image, the chipboard at the front was already damaged in the factory, and instead of repairing or replacing the panel, they coated straight over the damaged area. This has left a visible flaw on the finished surface. Very disappointing workmanship.

struggled with the flaws of the frameBellaAfter assembling the product, I noticed some flaws due to factory fault of the frame and I finds them rather impactful. I was not be able to return them in-store, for this reason, now the presence of those flaws are hard to ignore.
7 hrs to put together! Too many parts for something so basic SashaDo better IKEA! This is RIDICULOUS. Too many small parts for a damn frame, extremely detailed, why is Australia left out of the easier PAX System? I’ve got 36 badly broken bones. I’m a sucker Nile woman living alone trying not to lose my mind putting this cardboard thing together! Last time I EVER will buy from IKEA. I just laid out $6k on items to make my life easier and u guys make it extremely difficult for anyone like me to put a frame together. I refuse to pay $1,000 for a guy to come to my home to put them together for me. YOU PAY!
It’s time consuming to put together SashaToo many bits and pieces just for ONE Pax frame. I mean COME ON IKEA! Make it better and easier for us Aussies to put together. Took me 7 hours! I bought 5 of these! 7 hrs for ONE FRAME is RIDICULOUS! Do better IKEA!

Poor quality and poor QCScottWe bought over $4000 of these to use as built ins and the backs are basically cardboard and flex away from the sides and drawers, leading the whole unit to feel like a bit of a house of cards. Also on the 35cm deep unit the front row of holes and back row of holes become out of alignment after the top half so all of our shelves we have to decide whether we want them to slightly angle back or slightly angle forward. So disappointed. This is the same on every pax 35cm deep we purchased.
