Great to see it backAnonymous reviewerBought this to replace the same one from over 14 years ago. Pretty much the same and hope this one lasts as long as the previous4
Good stainless steel, no rustsLeIt is good stainless steel, no rusts as used for years, but too small, need larger size for big family.4
Not greatKellyIs bigger than expected yet holds less than expected. Dish rack is too narrow and doesn't accommodate a range of dishes. Generally a pain to use.2
overall is good except theJustinoverall is good except the assembly procedures are a bit messy4
Ok for the pricePauloOk for the price but there are areas with rust after only using it for a month... I will return it.3
I had bought one overSallyannI had bought one over 10 years ago and just wanted to update it, so I bought another one. Love it and don't think I'll ever find another one that's better!5
My plate etc all fit, corrision?PaulThe instructions aren't very clear, ie, the angled upper plate support has the dividers with the right angle bend protruding into the plate, ie, the flat plate supporter is the base into which the plate etc sit. They aren't inter-changeable. If you do switch them, plates don't fit. The cover picture shows the correct setup, the instructions don't!!
Corrosion on the other hand is different, if this is stainless steel, which IKEA says it is, how come rust is visible on the wire parts and the base plate.
Will I void the warranty, if I make all the holes in the base plate larger, to minimise the water pooling and enable better flow of the water drips??3
Way too big for mySuzyWay too big for my space3
Its a worst productSridharPlates are not at all fitting in racks properly1
Bad design cant hold dish securelyAliceThis product looks simple and fine but not practical. The rack cant hold all sizes of bowls and plates securely, and the bottom rack always have pool of water that never get dry.1
Great rackFionaBrought this after seeing a hack on Pinterest, makes a brilliant dish storage rack5
Looks great but not practicalDenniiLooks great and in theory, appears to hold a lot of dishes, but has many issues in practice. Yes, the dish rack wires are too close together to be able to secure plates in place. The base drainer is perforated for some weird reason, so not only pools water (which keeps items wet), but also spills water onto the bench the dishrack is placed on. Bit of a design fail.2
Looked good but doesnt fit platesGarySupports are too close together for either set of dishes I have. Plates and bowls dont sit in far enough to be held securely. Threads in 2 parts very hard to get screws into (yes- I do know what I am doing)- suggest they were not tapped correctly during manufacture. Will be taking item back for refund.1
Best Dish DrainerSueBrilliant and a good
Size. Easy to stack, easy to keep clean. Love it5
great but could be improvedAnonymous reviewerhave been using this for a year+ and i do love it. it fits what i need, and looks great. i did put a Nysköljd dish matt underneith to prevent water on the counter which fits perfectly. if this had its own catch tray, easily 5 stars.4
No dish drainer mat.BeatrizNo dish drainer mat.3
BEST DISH RACKLeanneHolds a lot of washing up. Well designed and great quality5
Waste of moneyHeatherWhile this is sturdy it is impossible to use the bottom rack for numerous reasons:
1. Bad design - the water pools on the bottom rack as the holes are too far apart
2. Rust spots started to appear after 3 days
3. Is too wide for standard sink1
Simple design but not effectiveJimHad to reassemble this twice to ensure correct fitting however the base always seems to bow. No 'feet' to ensure it doesn't scratch the surface of my kitchen. I ended up throwing it away after just one day and resurrected my old Ikea dish dryer. NOT recommended2
Dish drainerColleenDoes fit a standard home sink size nor thick dinner plates.2
