Love this!EmmaMy son had an accident pouring ravioli into a smaller colander and ended up with second degree burns to his stomach and legs. We saw this and decided this may be the answer, and oh yes it is. Sits in the sink perfectly, has a stable base, and avoids any risk of burning because of the sheer height of it. Durable, lightweight and easy to use. Can definitely recommend. Particularly if you have kids helping in the kitchen! 5

Difficult to find stainless steel colander FOUNDLindaI had searched for a large stainless steel colander in many stores with no success, only finding plastic ones (too small) or metal with painted coating (chips off). Found the perfect one at IKEA, stainless steel & large to contain food plus water splashback5
