Imstallation issueVictorThe screw to hold the door was too big for the pre-drilled hole and ended up rounding the allen key slot. Ended up giving away the item for free.1
elegant but not worth the headache Anonymous reviewerThe flat packaged cabinet in the box was about half the size of the built cabinet so I’m not sure if it was designed to save space or save money but it took me over an hour to put it together and I don’t think it was worth it. I would happily pay $50 more for this product if it came assembled. A few stickers or clearer instructions would help you orientate the pieces to the correct position. When reading the instructions, begin at the last page so you know what to expect. I didn’t do this because I was confident as I have built many ikea products before this one. But I had mistakenly used a piece in the wrong orientation so before I could finish it I had to disassemble it and start again from page 1. Also little black screws and black metal frame makes it very difficult to see what you’re doing. You need a very well lit room to assemble this in. The matt black and fluted glass look very elegant but hopefully other colours are added soon. 3

I love the look of this cabinet ! Its nice a sturdy when hung on the wall. My only issue was the instructions were not totally clear as there are alot of ways the pieces can fit together.

Designer thoughts

Designer thoughts

We spend a lot of time in the bathroom, but don't always give this functional space enough attention when it comes to aesthetics. I understand why, but it doesn't have to be like this. That's why I wanted MOSSJÖN cabinet to look really good – stylishly neutral yet with a distinct character. I also wanted curious eyes to get a hint of what's inside through the reeded glass. It makes the cabinet come alive, without it feeling cluttered. Form and function in lovely harmony!
