Perfect blanket used to cover my upright pianoTzeyiFound this quilted blanket by chance on display at IKEA. It is the perfect colour and design for my upright piano.
The larger size that I bought could cover all the way down behind the piano and over to almost cover the front to help dampen sound, protect from sunlight and the double quilted fabric is soft on both sides, with the soft smooth slightly shiny fleece to protect the piano and other duller but also soft side to lay off dust. I preferred the plain no frills edges to make the piano look overall modern. I found it looked better than most purpose made piano covers.
Could not comment on how well it washes and I did not need to wash this before use.
Although the price was not cheap, it was an overall great find.
