“Dishwasher fronts”MaryThis is the second time I bought the same product described as “dishwasher fronts” I thought the first time it must have been the ikea kitchen design consultant had improvised as the fronts were out of stock. The brace to connect the two fronts is too thick to attach to my integrated dishwasher. It is not flush with the cabinets. I really thought it would be prefabbed when I saw the pic. So I now have four cabinet fronts and two sets of thick brackets and a bare integrated fridge still waiting to figure out how to get it covered with ikea cabinets. Moral of the story, I guess, is buy Ikea appliances because perhaps they are easier to work with the cabinets.2
Prefer the original cabinetsAndreaBought one cabinet to fill the dishwasher space in my mother’s kitchen. Unfortunately, the dimensions of the cabinets are not the same as the original ones (lower kickboard), so it’s not a great solution. I would also say ikea’s cabinets are not as competitively priced as they used to be.3
