Great Quality Bed!JaneI bought this bed for my son who found it at IKEA online. It matches the desk we bought previously for him.
I was pleased that I read the reviews before purchasing as the slats need to be ordered separately. There is basic or superior slats. I chose superior and it was well worth the extra money to have a very comfortable bed. There is space for storage boxes underneath the bed which we also got from IKEA. 5
Slats didn't come with the bedCevianI recently bought this bed for my son I got to the last part with the slats but they didn't come with the bed you'd think if you buy a bed you'll get everything with it instead of finding out you have to buy them separately so I had to find some other way to support the mattress for him to sleep on it 3
Setting up bedEmilyGood bed with few pieces which made it simple. The only issue I had was with step 3 - connecting the side beams with the front and back board. Eventually I got it with the help of my Mum and a hammer. 4

So we were pleased that the Malm worked. In addition, the beds are stylish and the drawers underneath provide so much storage. We bought the more expensive slats to go underneath.
