Loud cracking soundGeorgieThe bed was okay to assemble but you literally cannot even sit down without a huge cracking sound, even the slightest movement and the bed is extremely loud. Have had it for a couple months now thinking it was just at the start as its new, but the sound is getting even worse. Have tried to fix the planks etc thinking there was a problem with assembly, but seen a few other reviews say the same thing... wouldn't buy again :(1

good design but creaksRishabI ahve used Malm in the past as well and was ahppy with it, I like teh clean lines and finish, however this time not so happy as the bed creaks and I cant find why - have tightened verything.3
Favourite IKEA Furniture JustinI absolutely love the Malm line at IKEA. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it’s also built well. It’s hard to find furniture these days that offers such a high-quality structural design at a fair price. 5
