Broken already...JoshuaOffically the first ikea product to break, and I haven't even moved it yet. The reat of the storage box is fine but the screws attaching thw wheels and the bottom need to be reconsidered as it ripped a lot of the veneer off. I used larger screws to fix it, but still a bit dissapointed, though only one of the boxes had this problem so maybe I simply got unlucky.1

It's a beautiful item, but weak material.MarianaThe drawer is spacious and looks nice, but unfortunately the material is quite weak. It's made from oriented strand board (OSB), which doesn't hold up well under any pressure. I placed it under my son's bed, and when he sat on the bed (he’s only 11 and very slim), one of the wheels came off completely, pulling the screws and a chunk of the board with it. Disappointed with the durability given how gently it was being used.1

Looks sleek. Wish I’d bought them soonerJaneWe had a malm bed in the guest room for years and were storing all sorts of things underneath it. Finally got around to buying two sets of these drawers. Now we have four organised sections …presents, gift wrapping supplies, occasional plasticware and photos, spare bed linen. It looks sleek and I wish I’d grabbed these from the start. Thanks to earlier reviewers I was aware they just float in on tiny wheels (not on runners attached to the bed frame).
The only confusion I had was the colouring. The black/brown goes with the bed bed frame perfectly!
Easy to put together and you can fit heaps in. 5
