offset top & bottom screw holes is a dumb design decisionDavidConsidering that the rack is over 5 kg alone, plus the potential extra weight of coats on the five hooks and a front rail full of clothes on hangers, you'd ideally want to mount at least one side (both top & bottom screws) of this rack on a vertical wall stud. However, the top and bottom screws on each side are horizontally offset by a full inch, leaving very little margin for error on standard 35mm-thick studs – instead of simply aiming for the middle of the stud, you'd have to aim for the top screw to be exactly 5mm from one edge of the stud, and the bottom screw to be exactly 5mm from the other edge. The extent of the offset wasn't apparent until I assembled the unit, at which point I noticed a shockingly unacceptable defect in the paint finish on one of the front-facing panels, so a return was a no-brainer.

Adaptable storage that takes up little room - excellent for playroom / guestroomNatalieWe have two of these side by side in the kids playroom which we convert to a bedroom when we have guests. It can store so much - kids backpacks, hats, raincoats as well as baskets with toys. When guests come, we clear it out, and they can use it to hang up their clothes and store their things. I want one of these for the main bedroom so I can set aside outfits for the next day or when deciding what to pack for a trip. Definitely need two people to attach it to the wall. Would be great if they had one in a more classic style though
