Very badTsaiI found the backrest quite uncomfortable, especially after sitting for a while. The seat cushion is also quite firm, which made it uncomfortable for long periods of use. In addition, the adjustment mechanism isn’t very smooth and sometimes takes a few tries to get into the right position. Overall, it wasn’t the right chair for me.1

Best value TaniyaGood office chairs are expensive - so this is a great option. Equivalent to chairs over $300. I have such a bad back I get spinal injections, this is the only chair I've sat in that doesn't hurt over many hours of use. It's worth noting that the lower back chair works for me instead of the high backed chair - the high back pushes my shoulder blades forward, and therefore isn't as supportive in my lower back as the low backed chair. 5
