Seat cushions filled with high-resilience foam and polyester fibre wadding provide great seating comfort.

Djuparp cover is made of velvet which, through a traditional weaving technique, gives the fabric a warm, deep colour and a soft surface with a dense pile and light, reflective shine.

These legs in chrome-plated steel give LANDSKRONA sofa a modern and glossy look.

High legs make it easy to clean the floor under the sofa.

Good to know

To keep your sofa looking good, you should regularly flatten out creases and wrinkles with your hand.

The velvet reflects light in a characteristic way which may make the colour appear as if it changes.

Press marks that may appear on the velvet usually disappear after some time. With your hand, you can gently stroke in the direction of the pile or use a clothes brush. You can also use the vacuum cleaner with the soft nozzle.

Small fibres may appear on velvet. It happens naturally and they disappear over time and can also be removed with a garment roll.

Wet marks should always be dried off as soon as possible to stop moisture penetration.

Remove dust with a lint remover.

Light stains can be removed with a sponge damped in water or a mild soapy solution.

To make sure that velvet maintains its look and feel, it needs to be cared for regularly according to the care instructions included with the product.

Safety and compliance

The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist colour fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.This cover's ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 25,000 cycles. A cover that withstands 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture that should withstand everyday use in the home.

Love it, but.....PaulHad this sofa 2 days and very happy about the look and the feel of it. Even put a fitted single sheet over it to protect, fits perfectly. However still managed to squirt tomato sauce over it. Although I washed it off immediately it took the colour out badly so just be aware that the material is not colourfast.4

looks good, nice style ... poor sponge though!ClareBought this online 2 weeks ago, without seeing in person ... no Ikea within a 2 hr drive. Easily put together, the green is subtle and nice style. The sponge in the seat cushions is very poor though, very soft and could be vastly improved. I can't see it lasting through normal usage, which is a shame. Would suggest you definitely spend some time on it prior to buying, or maybe get stronger sponge ... i wish I'd spent a little more and gone with something else. But hey, it looks good :-)3
