ClunkyEmilyIf the bottom rack is full with plates it pulls the rolling wheels off the tracks and the rack doesn’t slide easily, it can be avoided by carefully considering the weights of different items but not ideal for an everyday appliance you want to fill up, I find cutlery is still dirty coming out of the eco wash.
Problem with front panelJudithThe instructions show the dishwasher is screwed to the 2 adjoining cupboards, but when this was done the front panel dragged against the side cupboards. We had to put 3 ml spaces on either side to allow the front to open smoothly. Also there were two places to attach the dishwasher to the underside of the bench but this was no good for a stone bench top once again to help secure the appliance we had to drill from rear of cupboard through 3ml spacer through the outer frame of the dishwasher. Not ideal, the dishwasher and the aforementioned problems caused an all round headache. When speaking to Ikea their specialist could not grasp hold of the problem. I found them unhelpful. All nice for the sale but their specialist team needs to be better acquainted with their products.
After a few moths looking for a replacementDavidDisappointing results. Doesn't clean properly (we always pre-rinse and soak) so it's not that we're making it hard for the machine to do its thing. Also leaves everything wet. IKEA sent a tech who said it was finishing the cycle OK but the finish was marginal. It only got two stars because the integrated door was easy to fit.
