Coffee table LaurenThe legs are made from the foil and at the bottom edges of the legs it’s can peel up. The top of the table edges on the 4 corners seem to raise up at the edges on both on coffee table and side table and that is how it’s manufactured. I also have the entertainment unit which is far better quality. The kallax unit for the entertainment unit type of material will be better for the coffee table and side table. Slightly heavier but better quality and will last longer. It looks nice and does the job. My daughter has hit the table legs with her shoe a few times and the dog goes past and no damage. The lifting edges on the table are worrying as the edges are going slightly black now. I feel the quality could be better as Ikea has done that with the kallax entertainment unit so it’s possible. 3

Both are still going strong. They’re the perfect size and I love the handy shelf underneath. The lower shelf has bowed in the middle a little, after years of storing stuff on it, but nothing too noticeable. Definitely recommended!5

Lack coffee table White stained Oak effectLaurenI like the table. Just wish the legs were made of the same material as the table top. The paper foil edges peel up on the edges however if it was made with the same material as the table top it would be much better. Also noticed marks on the legs of the larger coffee table I bought also in the white stained oak effect. The legs need to be better quality as they can be easily kicked by a shoe walking past. 3

Material

What is constructed board?

We use constructed boards when manufacturing many of our pieces of furniture, such as tables and wardrobes. They are light yet still stable and strong. Each board has a frame made of chipboard, fibreboard or solid wood, while the inside is a honeycomb filling structure made of mostly recycled paper, which is extra durable thanks to its special construction. The board is then covered with a protective paint, foil or veneer depending on the style wanted.
