Perfect for a 16” stained glass lampshadeGregI liked the first so much that I bought two more. They are perfect for 450mm (16”) dome style stained glass lampshades. The art deco style perfectly suits the dome shape and size. The lamp stand is very solid and the fit is perfect. Excellent value for money. The packaging is very environmentally responsible too.
Solid and retro modern GregI bought this based on a similar lamp base my wife used for a stained glass light shade. I had a stained glass light pendant that I couldn’t use as a pendant. I converted it to a table lamp using this base. It has the style that fits the stained glass and it has the stability to support it.
FORM and FUNCTIONSandraSure it looks classy (FORM) but it’s the pull down “chain” thats the star. The mechanism used in the build screams satisfaction (FUNCTION). If you can buy products (personal or home) that fulfil both form and function you have the optimum item.
