Very stylish, on trend and built solidly. Multi purpose uses. I purchased the material boxes which easily slide into the spaces.
The top holds my 55" tv.
I bought in white as it compliments my other furniture. Easy to clean when necessary with a damp cloth. Hard to move once set in place.
I hired an assembler to put it together. Took only a short amount of time.

Quality and finish is not like the Kallax shelves I haveKasThe finish is matt so it is easy to mark and gets dirty easy, it does not match the gloss finish if my other older Kallaxs.
The quality is low compared to the Kalkax shelves.

KALLAX Television StandAllandoes what it was designed to do and perfect for the space we have.
cheap is what you getItaiIkea furniture used to be good, easy to assemble and you only needed one tool for it, which was provided. NOT ANYMORE.
Now you need a hammer, a screw driver, the wood is cheaper and its harder and more time consuming to assemble.
The designs used to be clever, now they are cheap and feel cheap. I also bought the attached doors and drawers, which are awful. you will need a screw driver, hammer, to mark the wood (which in black is hard to do), you can mess it up, it makes everything more complicated and easy to make mistakes.
I want the older designs where you could attach anything anywhere (you had extra holes) and you could not mess it up, it looked better and was easier to assemble.
you can find cheaper and better on amazon.
NOT recommended.
