Sleek looking chairAndresBought this chair for the home office, trying to have a more comfortable working environment.
The high back and lumbar support were key reasons for purchase and the chair delivered. The colour also matched the existing furniture, although it does need regular cleaning to maintain.
There is a breathable mesh type backing which is great for warmer environments as its breathable. The seat cushion is on the harder side and should be more memory foam like but isn't.
Overall however, this is a great middle of the range chair.

Chair ok but has some flawsEdwinPros: head rest, adjustability, comfortable (except for the lumbar support imo).
Flaws: non cushioned arm rests, seat shorter than other chairs, even after extending as far as possible, lumbar support takes getting used to, considering taking it off. For me needs to be less pronounced/thinner or option to set lower, feels like its sticking into your back.

Comfy ChairPatrickBought this a few days ago. Love it. Some products are very hard to assemble but this chair is very easy to assemble. The chair provides good lumbar support. I can take a power nap in this chair when I tilt back. The headrest is at the right position. The chair fits my height. I am 178 cm tall.

I made myself tolerate this chair for yearsHenryI got this chair in 2020 with fabric seat and headrest and no arm rests.
The wheels don't really roll well on my carpet compared to other chairs. The seat lost its shape in only a few months and the headrest is super limited in supporting the head/neck.
The headrest protrudes too far forward and ends up forcing my head into an uncomfortable forward angled position making it hard to rest my head on the "headrest". I ended up having to remove the headrest in the final couple months before I swapped to another chair last month.
I got this for $202 back in 2020 and was hoping for a good chair to settle with after a few unsatisfying chairs. Was not worth the chronic bad neck posture/discomfort.

If you're in the market for a chair that you're going to be spending a lot of time in - whether that's office work or gaming - you'll want this chair.
There's four main strengths to this, compared to any gaming grade chair on the market.
First of all, it doesn't have garish designs or colours, fitting in with pretty much any aesthetic you may already have.
Second of all, it has a 10 year warranty when you're lucky to even get 5 out of most gaming chair manufacturers.
Third, the ergonomics are simply a delight, and can be adjusted to suit your needs.
And finally - it's so much cheaper when you compare against similar quality in the gaming chair market.
This is a fantastic product, and while it takes some adjustments to get it at the right comfort level for you - it is a lot more customisable than the pictures would have you believe.
Acceptable but needs refinementWaqasThe chair is ok, the seat cushion should be longer(millberget has better size cushion for legs) and there should be more lumbar adjustment for the back cushion.The seat cushion is also a bit hard, if you are shorter <1.7m the head rest cannot be adjusted towards the bottom for that length.The chair also cannot recline,the side arms are adjustable in height and the arms can move forward and backwards but there is no positive locking mechanism for this (just sliding with small indentations mechanism that can move if pushed) overall acceptable but consider the limitations of this chair.

This chair is super comfy, it deserves a higher review score!!!SimonThought I had to leave a review for this because it's one of the best chairs I've had in terms of value for money.
The lumbar support, armrest, headrest and seat depth can all be adjusted, so it wasn't long before I found a position which allowed me to sit hours comfortably.
Some of the reviews here are saying chair does not recline, and there was a display chair in the showroom which had the same 'issue', but turned out it was just locked in that position! In fact the recline on this chair feels so smooth and effortless, you lean back slightly and it makes you feel like you are floating.
Also the seat cover material is made from leather so it shouldn't have the same peeling issue found on some of the cheaper ones. Seat cushioning doesn't feel hard if you prefer a supportive feel
Buying a chair is not easy because people have different build, posture and preference so what works for other people may not work for you and vice versa, so just go to the showroom and give it a try!

An absolute disaster, thanks to the castorsAhmedThese castors will destroy your carpet. They do not move unless there is weight on them and you'll have to buy replacement castors that would let you move the chair and also not destroy the carpet.
Plan well before throwing money on this chair.

Tall person friendlyTimAs a tall guy (193cm/6'4") I have had trouble finding an office chair that has a headrest that supports my head and not my neck or shoulder height so this chair was a relief even if it only just works at it's highest setting.
The wheels are small and have a lock feature when you are not seated but this is annoying as it doesn't allow you to move the chair around when standing, I tried swapping the castors with Humanscale ones I had laying around however the connection stem is a narrower diameter.
Armrests are too short in my opinion and when reclining stay fixed to the base and are no available. I think they should be longer at the back as I always have them slide back as far as possible wet that should be the default full forward setting and slide a lot further back.
Otherwise the mesh is cooling and the lumber support is adequate. Armrests are hard plastic but acceptable, seat padding could be thicker.
