Love love loveAmandaGreat to use, lightweight, easy to clean.5
Good itemJovenI’m very happy with my purchase. The appliance works really well, is easy to use, and feels like great quality.5
Excellent Cooking ToolCathieThis Wok is absolutely brilliant. One of the reasons I really appreciate it is because it has a good steel handle on it which means if I want to brown something under the griller I can do so without fear of it melting. My other must have in a Wok which a lot of others don’t is a little D handle on the opposite side so instead of placing an immense amount of pressure on ones left arm trying to carry a full heavy wok from the stove across to the kitchen counter, you’ve got the long handle and opposite it a little handle, so that you can distribute the weight between both hands. This design is worth its weight in gold.5
Very good WokAndrewAs a chef I can say that this WOK is very good quality which surprises me because it's so affordable. It's thermal transfer qualities are superb when using induction and gas. Because it is non stick thermal treated, NEVER use metal objects that may scratch the coating.5
The worse product I’ve ever usedNanqiThere has been black stuff sticking to the wok after use since day one, customer service said it’s not faulty product as it has not been recalled and they don’t receive plenty of complaints. And they said it cannot be used under very high temperature, so it’s customer’s problem buying this product. How nice1
Disappointed with this panWennyI am disappointed with the performance of this pan. It does not heat evenly, the center never seems to get hot enough to cook food properly, while the edges become excessively hot and often burn, turning black before the food in the middle is cooked.
Because of this uneven heating, I rarely use the pan anymore. I expected better performance and quality, especially from an IKEA product.
I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it can be investigated. If needed, I would be happy to provide photos or any additional information to demonstrate the issue I have experienced

Bad quality, not worthy.KarenBought this $29.90 IKEA pan because of the cheap price, but you get what you pay for. It burned completely black on the very first use. I washed it, but as soon as I heated it up again, it turned black right away. It feels unsafe to use, so I had to throw it in the trash. Total waste of money.1
Avoid !!FrankThe non-stick coating started dissolving into food after 1.5 month use. Always been use on low heat, Avoid!1
Highly not recommended!MirandaI bought this wok in March, and after only a few uses, stains started to appear that were very difficult to clean off. Since then, the stains have continued to build up after every use, no matter how carefully I wash it. After just two months, the surface is now covered with stubborn marks that won’t come off at all. I’m very disappointed with the quality and durability of this product.1
Not so non-stick after timeLaraI've had this just under a year and used it at least twice each week since buying it. Initially I was very happy with it. Not only did it cook well, it was very easy to clean and came at a great price. This prompted me to also buy the 365+ non-stick fry pan.
However, I'm finding the non-stick coating has become less effective over time, on both products. They now need vigorous elbow action and there are still marks on the cooking surface. (I am still only using a sponge.)
In all other respects, I'm happy with the wok. But, sadly, due to the increased care they now need, I expect I will be replacing both the wok and pan.2
Can't recommendAaronI wanted to like this wok but just can't.
A lot of food burns and sticks which won't come off, have to create a bicarb soda paste to remove it. Research seems to say to not use it on a high heat as it makes food stick/ damages the non stick coating. So what is the point of a wok if I can't cook with it hot!
I've tried lots of oil (in a non stick pan!) and cooking on medium heat, which helps though still getting burnt bits and stuff like eggs sticking, bolognese sauce on low sticking and having to stir every 5 minutes.
Coating doesn't look damaged.
Sometimes I can wipe it out with a towel, other times need to fully clean.
Internet reports also say Ikea had changed their non sticking coating paint formula which explains the loss in quality now, as opposed to the older version which was great apparently.2
ExcellentChaiGood quality Non stick5
Delivered damagedKarmenDelivered damaged however Ikea charge postage to return damaged goods. So I have kept it but won't be using it as the surface is all scratched.1
Good product but older product was betterMaxGood product but older product was better. Although this is lite weight wok, it seems to have a weird chemical reaction to the heat and burns the contents very easily. That said, it takes +10 minutes to clean with a green kitchen scrubber with only a 90% clean. This isn't what we expected.4
Great valueJinLarge size Non-stick. Good for induction or gas stove.5
